After you've installed and set up the WhatsApp integration, you can use your WhatsApp business number in Workflows to deflect, triage and route WhatsApp messages more efficiently.
Get started
- Go to Automation > Workflows and click + New workflow. 
- Select the trigger Customer sends their first message. 
- Then apply rules to the workflow based on which WhatsApp account receives a message by selecting the WhatsApp Business number as a condition.
